Important Note: The shisha will be sent without accessories (such as a silicone hose, mouthpiece and hookah bowl). No accessories included.

Occasionally, minor scratches may appear on the acrylic glass due to tension. Please note that this is not considered a valid reason for a complaint.

We strongly recommend avoiding the use of acidic cleaning agents. These agents have the potential to harm the acrylic glass.

When handling the sleeve, please be mindful to only open and close it at the LOWER stainless steel ring. Do not attempt to open or close the upper sleeve!

Easily Detachable Carbon Body Sleeve: The carbon sleeve can now be unscrewed from the base using a thread, offering you more convenience. You can even get additional carbon sleeves separately later on.
